Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Managing property listings – Handling the end-to-end process of listing luxury apartments, houses, and other residential or commercial properties for rent or sale.
- Overseeing client interactions and negotiations – Engaging with property owners and potential buyers or renters, ensuring all communications are professional and effective.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives – Working closely with marketing, sales, and administrative departments to achieve listing targets and enhance customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards—Ensure that all property documentation, agreements, and marketing practices comply with applicable real estate laws and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the real estate industry.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or property listings, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms relevant to real estate operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple property listings and client requests efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performance team environment.
