Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Ensuring compliance with UAE property regulations and platform-specific standards such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and local housing guidelines.
- Managing the pricing and availability of over 130+ short-term rental properties using tools like PriceLabs and Hostaway to maintain competitive rates and maximize occupancy.
- Overseeing the creation, duplication, and optimization of listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Airbnb, and Booking.com to improve visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including revenue managers, guest relations, and the marketing department, to ensure streamlined operations and property success.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or short-term rentals, preferably within the UAE market.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostaway, PriceLabs, and Property Finder.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings and pricing strategies simultaneously.
- Understanding of occupancy optimization, dynamic pricing, and guest relations.
